Pick up 

If you have organised a local pick-up, you will be notified when your order is ready for collection. We will provide address and pick-up hours in the dispatch email.

Pre-order 

If your item is a pre-order and you selected delivery, we will notify you once your order has been dispatched. If you selected pick-up we will notify you once your order is ready for collection.

 

Shipping details 

Standard hand sanitisation dispenser units under 10 units are dispatched within 5 - 10 business days.

All customised hand sanitation dispensers are subject to confirmation of client requirements. Delivery time will be confirmed once exact requirements are confirmed. Estimated 5 - 10 business days turn around will be approved once artwork is approved. 

Please note: All Australian orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia. If you live in WA, NT, certain areas of QLD or remote rural areas, you may need to allow a few extra days for postage.
